Access and Equity
The Institute is aware of the kinds of obstacles faced by those wishing to study. It is committed to making the training accessible to people from all walks of life. This attitude is manifested in some of the following ways:
- The premises has been made wheelchair accessible.
- FeeHelp removes the financial barrier to enroling in training.
- A willingness to be flexible in negotiating fee payments.
- An equal opportunity policy which supports diversity.
In order to safeguard the smooth running of the College and ensure these principles are fully adhered to, Sydney Gestalt has implemented a full Policy Framework. This Framework is subject to regular review and updating, in order to ensure that it remains effective and follows best practice in the sector.
